Warren County is one of NJ's most rural and lowest-density counties — 360 square miles along the Delaware River and Pennsylvania border. The county anchors three distinct window markets: Phillipsburg's former Delaware River industrial city with pre-1940 housing stock, Hackettstown's agricultural and college-town center, and the rural agricultural townships across most of the county footprint.

Phillipsburg is the largest population center — substantial pre-1940 wood-frame housing with original double-hung wood sash, plus downtown commercial along South Main Street. Most Phillipsburg residential work is in-kind wood-sash replacement or modern vinyl/fiberglass conversion where the original sash is beyond restoration. Downtown commercial has 1900s–1940s brick storefronts with original wood-frame display windows needing modern insulated-glass conversion.

Northern Warren (Blairstown, Hardwick, Knowlton) sits at higher Highlands elevation where winter temperatures match Sussex (single digits regular, below zero in heavy years). Our cold-climate Warren install spec: triple-pane IGUs with argon/krypton fill, warm-edge spacers, and fiberglass or wood-clad frames over vinyl for U-factor of 0.18 or lower. The Hackettstown agricultural corridor and Belvidere county-seat area add steady mid-county residential and commercial work. Each township has its own permit office; we coordinate directly.
