Gloucester County sits across the Delaware from Philadelphia — a mix of post-war suburban townships and older river-and-rail towns, and the window work splits along those lines. The high-volume side is energy-efficient replacement: Washington Township, Deptford, and Monroe filled in with 1960s-1980s colonials, ranches, and bi-levels whose original aluminum or first-generation vinyl windows are now failing at the seal — fogged double-panes, drafty meeting rails, and sashes that no longer balance. We swap those for insulated vinyl and fiberglass double-hungs and casements that actually hold their rating through a South Jersey summer.

Glassboro is its own market. The town was founded on glassmaking, and today Rowan University drives a steady mix of older-home upgrades and rental-property turnover — landlords replacing tired single-pane units between leases, homeowners on the established streets near campus restoring or upgrading 1920s-1940s stock. Woodbury, the county seat, carries the oldest housing: Victorian and early-1900s homes where the right call is often sash restoration and accurate glass replacement rather than a stock vinyl unit that fights the architecture.

On the commercial side, the Route 42, Route 55, and Black Horse Pike corridors and the older downtowns in Woodbury and Pitman give us storefront glass, commercial leak repair, and after-hours board-up-and-reglaze work.
