Bergen County is home base. Our shop sits at 163 Midland Ave Unit B in Garfield, which puts most of the county within a 20-minute drive — so when a Bergen homeowner has a broken window or a commercial property manager needs a storefront reglazed, we're often on-site the same day. No other service area gets faster response from us.

Bergen has one of the most varied housing stocks in New Jersey, and our work reflects it. We do 1890-1920 Victorian sash restoration in Hackensack's Fairmount Historic District, frameless shower glass in East Hill Englewood's larger homes, double-hung replacement in Bergenfield's 1920s-50s Capes, curtain-wall and storefront reglaze along the Route 17 and Route 4 retail corridors in Paramus, and high-rise glass on the Fort Lee waterfront. The mix of pre-war residential, post-war suburban, and dense commercial keeps every kind of glass and window work in steady demand here.

Being local also means we know the code and permitting landscape town by town. Bergen municipalities vary in how they handle window-replacement permits, historic-district review (Hackensack, Ridgewood, and others have active commissions), and inspection scheduling. We pull the right permits and coordinate inspections without the back-and-forth that out-of-county contractors run into.
