Hudson County is the densest, most vertical market in New Jersey, and window and glass work here looks nothing like the suburbs. Jersey City and Hoboken are walls of brownstones, rowhouses, and high-rise condos; Union City is the most densely populated city in the country; Bayonne, Weehawken, and North Bergen stack housing tight along the waterfront and the Palisades. As an NJHIC-licensed window contractor, we work across all of it, with the staging, parking, and building-access planning that dense Hudson jobs require.

The high-rise and waterfront condo market drives a lot of our Hudson work: insulated glass-unit replacement in failed, fogged curtain-wall windows; glass balcony panels and glass railing systems; and large view-glass picture units in the Jersey City and Weehawken waterfront towers. On the flood-exposed waterfront blocks we spec impact-resistant and laminated glass. Condo and co-op boards control much of this work, so we provide the insurance certificates, scheduling, and unit-access coordination boards require before approving any contractor.

The brownstone and rowhouse blocks of Hoboken, Downtown Jersey City, and Bayonne are a historic-restoration market — original wood double-hung sash, often in landmark or conservation districts, where the right answer is restoration or a historically-appropriate replacement rather than a stock vinyl unit. Union City and North Bergen's dense multi-family stock is high-volume practical replacement. In a county where most jobs have no driveway and no easy dumpster placement, we plan staging and curb access up front — that logistics planning is the difference between a smooth Hudson job and a stalled one.
