Lyndhurst sits 10 minutes south of our Garfield shop along Route 17 and the Meadowlands. Housing is dominated by 1920s-1950s wood-frame two-families and brick Capes — the kind of stock that needs window upgrades every 25-30 years and has now reached that point on the 1990s vinyl that replaced the originals.
